Family business leaders - Bob Althoff of A.D. Farrow Harley Davidson, Debra Penzone of The Charles Penzone Salons, and Joshua Zimmerman of R.W. Setterlin Building Company - will discuss how they handle community engagement issues, including staff time spent on outreach, prioritizing charitable requests, and whether the benefits of giving outweigh the costs. Mike Schoedinger, of Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, will moderate the discussion.
