This workshop is presented by Jeff Morris from All A Cart Manufacturing, at their site. He will explain the mobile food business, and discuss mobile food entrepreneurship. A representative from the Columbus Public Health department will be available to discuss food safety, licensing and regulations. This course is a must for anyone who is starting a new mobile food business, or growing an existing one. There is no fee for this workshop.
