Keith Stevens founded PROTEAM Staffing in September of 1992 with $500 and a simple vision - to provide employment opportunities to central-city residents while satisfying local employers' needs for a flexible work force. Initially, the company focused on light industrial staffing. PROTEAM Staffing offered transportation services for temporary employees, initially with a 1980 Dodge van and a 1985 Toyota. A well-maintained fleet of passenger vans and buses have since replaced those vehicles. Keith's brother, Doug Stevens, joined the company in 1993 as part owner and Vice President.
Since then, PROTEAM Staffing has been providing clients with quality staffing services. They can customize their services and programs for large and small users of contingent workers.
